1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Quickplacers (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
Quickplacers provides a platform for job seekers to find employment opportunities and for recruiters to find candidates. The Service includes features such as job feeds, job posting, direct contact options, job search, smart job matching (AI-powered), authentication, and job management tools. You agree that the Service may include certain communications from Quickplacers, such as service announcements and administrative messages, and that these communications are considered part of Quickplacers membership and you will not be able to opt out of receiving them.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register for an account, you may be required to provide us with some information about yourself, such as your name, email address, phone number, or other contact information. You agree that the information you provide to us is accurate and that you will keep it accurate and up-to-date at all times. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Post any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships.
- Post any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.
5. Content Ownership and Responsibility
You retain all ownership rights to the content you submit to the Service. However, by submitting content to Quickplacers, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in connection with the Service and Quickplacers's (and its successors' and affiliates') business. Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles and application materials. Recruiters are responsible for the accuracy of their job postings and compliance with all applicable hiring laws.
6. Termination
Quickplacers may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Service, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Quickplacers makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. In no event shall Quickplacers or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Quickplacers's website.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Quickplacers operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
